It's not easy taking a picture of your own neck.

Beechwood cowl by Ilga Leja, Yarnlove merino/tencel, double stranded.

Love this pattern and the slippery yarn was a nightmare to knit socks out of, but went easily when doubled for the cowl.

Wollmeise

After much effort, I finally scored some Wollmeise.  The yarn really is special.  The twist is incredibly tight and the color saturation is intense.

Gazpacho, Orient and Rhubarb from top to bottom.

With the exchange rate, it ends being between $27-$30/skein, but the yardage is ~500yds, which is great.

Baby Knitting - Magic Slippers

Much love for SockPixie's magic slipper pattern, great way to use up those mini-balls of sock yarn.  Additionally found the stockinette version to be much faster and a little more unisex (and bootee-like) if you want to knit those for little boy infants.

My stab at crochet to "dress up" the girl hats.  Cute little flower pattern from Mimi.

Now I just have to sew it all up. Uggh.
